CHECK-IN POLICY:

  • Check-in Time 13:00 Hrs. and checkout Time 11:00 A.M.
  • All adults should need to present a government address proof ID at check-in time.
  • For Indian Residents: Passport, Driving License, Voter’s ID, or Aadhar Card.
  • For International Guests: Passport & Visa.

RESORT ROOMS POLICY:

  • The above rates are for single/double occupancy.
  • A maximum of 03 occupants are permissible in Delux and Premium Garden View Room Only with Additional charges.
  • Extra occupant above the age of 12 yrs shall be charged INR 1,500 + Taxes as applicable per night, inclusive of extra bed and buffet breakfast.
  • Extra occupant between the ages of 06 yrs to12 yrs shall be charged INR 1,000 + Taxes as applicable per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast.
  • Extra occupant below 06 yrs stays complimentary without extra bed and is entitled to complimentary buffet breakfast.
  • Only one extra bed will be provided in a room as per policy.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Outside Food & Liquor Strictly not allowed in the Premises.
  • Loud music is not allowed on the premises.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the room after 08:00 P.M.
  • We are Not a Pet-Friendly Resort.
  • Swimming Costume is Mandatory.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation/Amendment received less than 07 days will incur a cancellation charge equivalent for the entire length of stay originally booked.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night deposit at the time of booking.
  • A non-refundable balance full payment will be charged  days prior to arrival,
  • Room bookings may be released without prior notice unless guaranteed by advance payment.
